I think I traumatized myself, during the therapy session today, I only listing all my cons, and I have no pros. I have no good quality but only bad quality……worry me thinking and or feeling this way and going to work……

And quirky too, …if there are many quirky people in the world, why only me have no friends…..

I am terrible, I don't think I am able to change.

Did your therapist try to help you to find some pros? Let them know you are upset that you only came up with cons in your last session? Hope you can find some hope penguin, I'm sure there are many good qualities that depression is hiding from you.
