You might feel like no one likes you, but is there real evidence for that? You might feel like the most worthless person on the planet, but is that really likely? It takes practice, but in time you can beat back those negative thoughts before they get out of control. Have you ever herd of the statistic where people who are smart and use logic to deal with problems have a greater chance of never getting depression then people who just swift through life? Practice using logic in life. Over and over again. AND PLEASE, try something you have never done before. Walk your dog, go on a swing, dance, anything that doesnt seem appealing to you DO IT. whats the harm in trying? If you like continue if not, move on

i was bullied for years and am still rejected and outcast by my own peers for no apparent reason... the people here are the nicest people have ever been to me.. it's hard not to feel worthless sometimes.
