I have been doing pretty well on my meds, but thinking I may need to up the dosage. I am taking 20mg Prozac. I notice when I am sinking, I start calling in sick to work so that I can stay in bed. I pretend to be sick, even to my husband. I went home early and called in sick Friday. Actually, I didn't even call in! A coworker texted me at about 1pm and I told them I am still sick.

I just have some days I don't want to face people, I don't want to get out of bed, I just want to SLEEP!

I have to be careful that this doesn't cost me my job!

Lots of evidence suggests that medication and therapy better than either alone - worth considering?

I'm sorry you're so depressed... I definitely know what that feels like. Just hang in there, and possibly seek out therapy. The two together might be able to make you feel better - and maybe get you on the right meds if the ones now are helping so much

I would talk to your doctor before things get worse.

I am in therapy, and am on the lowest dose so definitely going to talk about bumping it up.
