It feels like everything is spinning out of control.

I feel even crazier when I try to take steps to get healthy, again. My symptoms are becoming physical, too...

I don't feel like it'll get better; I'm scared to start hoping.

Don't lose hope. Things can always get better. I've been so down several times that I gave up but things turned around and I got better and so can you. Keep trying.

You´re not alone, we´ve all been there. It´s a long hard journey but stay strong, keep a spark of yourself alive and believe that you´re worth it xxx

Me too!! I sometimes feel like a failure when the depression comes back. Coming back from a month long spell. It does get better, like a weight or veil being lifted. Hang in there, ask for help, and go easy on yourself!
