Friends,

Just feeling down right now.

I think it's a combination of hot weather, and feeling tired.

I start physical therapy in another week for my ankle. I had physical therapy last year for my other foot, and it made my foot feel better for awhile, but then the pain came back.

Thanks for listening.

EJ

I'm sorry. I know about physical therapy, it isn't much fun.

EJ,
ohhh, I'm so sorry! I don't know the details of your break, would you mind telling me?

I broke my right ankle (and another fracture on my foot) on June 1st, and still am in a non bearing weight cast...really messed up my summer! Some days I'm fine, but am beginning to get really bummed out too.

...so this post caught my eye.

Christina,

I'm sorry you know about physical therapy too!

The hospital also messed up the billing so badly that I was still getting it straightened out two weeks ago.

So sorry you have an experience to look forward to that you also think might not "work." My husband is having PT for his arm and is on the second month or so and not seeing much success either and getting discouraged. I hope this ankle of yours is in better shape than your other one and heals really well and sturdily. I had knee and "ankle" (actually achilles tendon) problems with too much of an antibiotic I had to take four years ago and I'm only now getting "better."

Hospitals suck. My opinion mind you, but they always seem to mess up something or other. *sigh*

Get well soon my friend.
