Whenever I get admitted to an inpatient facility I refuse all medication. Medication does me no good. Every time I try a new medication I end up having a panic attack and become suicidal.

If you are resisting the medication route, go with the serotonin system. In your brain, the objective is to release a neurotransmitter called serotonin which is the feel good chemical. Most drugs stimulate serotonin and the release of it. The reason you are feeling the way you are now is because in your brain, your not releasing enough serotonin which there are many ways to do. Example, meditation, google top 10 foods to release serotonin. I can go in much better depth if you want me to.

In an earlier post you mentioned you have both a psychiatrist ("pdoc") and a therapist ("T"). Is that still the case and have you spoken with them about this? What are they saying?
How has the Klonopin been working?

First understand this; you will ALWAYS have options. Also, have you questioned yourself realistically as to why you end up having panic attacks when trying new meds? You see, refusing to try new meds or even staying regulated on old ones only harms yourself in this way~~~you are cutting off your chances from living an almost normal life. And one of the things we do not believe is that we can live an almost normal life. But the fact is that we can, and many do~ myself included, finally. Finding the right combination of meds to get you regulated is not something that is easily done by doctors. It is a process of elimination. Getting rid of what doesn't work and keeping that which does. Paracelsus, it sometimes takes at the least 3 months for meds to begin kicking in without the side effects to do their job. During this time you would do well to "open" your mind to them in the hope that perhaps, this time, these meds will be what will help you. These things do not happen overnight and the more you fight taking your meds the worse it is on you hon. I too must take meds and I know I will have to take them for the rest of my life. It took a long time to find the "magic wonder" for me. It does for most of us. Sticking with therapy is essential. BELIEVING is super essential. And when I say believing I mean in yourself, your inner strengths that you don't even realize you have yet, and believing that, in time, you WILL find the right meds for you. Have you told your doctor {s} that you get panicky when confronted with new meds? Have you told them that you get suicidal thoughts because of this? These are important for all involved to know. But for heavens sake DO NOT give up because there are always options. It IS a long hard road I know. But, I believe in you. I believe in you because as a human being you are worth more than your weight in gold and therefore, you should treat yourself as being equally precious. I wish you all the greatest blessing Paracelsus. Believe. And keep trying no matter what. You ARE worth it.
