my chest hurts today. It is my youngest son's birthday. He is 24 and newly married. I found out just last night that his wife and her family are throwing him a surprise party. Long story short, it is only her family; we are not invited or welcome. We really weren't even supposed to find out about it. My oldest son was invited by accident, but when he asked about the rest of us, he was told she would have to check.
now, my daughter is furious with her sister in law. and I am in the role of peacemaker, when all i want to do is cry over the situation. I quit smoking today and i didn't drink at all last night. I'm just really hurting. e |

Sorry for the pain in your chest. It is sad when families are divided and cannot get along. That is one of the risks of getting married, the families may not get along.
I am sure the situation is frustrating but let the stress out of your body with exercise, yoga or meditation. Better than holding it in. CANDC
