So I am new here, and found this site following a rough couple weeks where I have had to move away from a job and relationship in Arizona and drive myself back home to N.H. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for 13 years, which is most of my adult life. I have had a very bad few weeks and feel like my depression has taken over a lot of my life, and am just trying to pull myself back up again. I hope to be able to help others, and also help myself through this forum. I do take medications, but really need to figure out how to get back into a doctor's care here in NH. With no money, it isn't easy! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and I hope you offer support to others while helping myself through this.

Welcome to the forum, besmith818! I'm glad you found the site, and hope you're able to get some support and advice here, as well support others. It's a great community!

And, wow... driving from Arizona to NH? Phew... that's one very long drive. Are you safely back to NH at this point?

Good luck with everything that you're going through, and with finding a new doctor.
Thanks for this!

I am safely back in NH at this point. And yes, it was a very long and difficult drive! Thank you for the well wishes!

Thank you...It's overwhelming right now trying to find medical treatment after my current meds have stopped working, but I'm trying to take things one step at a time. Minute by minute is how it's going, but i'm holding out as much hope as I can!
