This is my first post on here. I feel lucky to have some good friends, but none of them truly understand what this is like. I spend everyday trying to feel ok but this depression is relentless. I feel so awful. My marriage is on the verge of divorce, I'm trying to stay afloat in a new job and appear together around my five year old son. I just wish I could feel better. I feel so alone.

Thank you. It's funny to know something but not be able to act on it or incorporate it into your daily life. I was doing really well until my marriage hit the rocks. I have no idea what will happen and I'm the mom of an incredibly sensitive child. I hate the idea of disappointing him. I can't stand feeling so bad.
