i haven't been able to eat for some time now..
how do any of you deal with this...
how long is it safe to go without eating before i die..
im feeling so bad...

Are you not eating because you don't have the energy to? I sometimes don't have the energy to eat either but I still try to force myself to eat something, you know? Or else I feel sick/nauseous. You can try to buy microwaveable food. That way, it's not too strenuous. I do hope you eat something soon though. All the best to you!

Make sure you drink water. If you get dehydrated it makes everything worse. Keep little snacks mearby if you can't eat a whole meal. Hope your appetite returns. Depression sucks. Other people just don't get it.
