Hey lots of anger lately... Of course I do not want to offend you in any way, but it may be useful if you could find a way to discharge all that energy (a sport, painting, writing, for example).
I do not know how your every day life is so I may not be aware of it but maybe you already do some activities. I wish you the best.

I guess I've been reading a lot lately about others who have had similar experiences - I haven't been doing enough of my creative activities just lately though so thanks for the reminder

I do not know... i think i do not agree with Serzen.
One way to discharge anger may be physical activity. Another way could be art. Or poetry. Or posting here! OK and how much is too much anger? And what is this place for if not for us to express freely, unless we hurt others (we should never hurt others here) So, my concern is that at the end of the day, Fuzzy, or any of us, may chose just not to tell anything about their anger because of fear (fear that the others here will say what Serzen just said) I don't know... This is just a comment I do not want to offend Serzen, or Fuzzy, or anybody here Sorry I am being blunt or something. It is not my intention

Ambivalent about a therapist?! I've been told I'm ambivalent about wanting to recover from my eating disorder, which is probably correct. Pdocs talk so much all the time anyway , most of it is rubbish! ((((fuzzybear)))).
