Well how fast the weeks go by. Depression Support Chat is happening Thursday at 9PM. I saw this extended article on Dealing with the Depths of Depression. We won't have time to cover anything so if you want to read the whole article here is the link.
Dealing with the Depths of Depression | Psych Central

So feel free to drop in at 9PM EST on Thursday and listen, and if you feel so inspired, to contribute.

Please keep chat on topic so all can benefit from the discussion. At the end of the chat there will be a chance to share challenges individuals face and how they are coping.

This is the third week I've tried to find this for ten minutes only to realize that it isn't Thursday. At least this time I'm a day early so I have another shot at it tomorrow
