Tomorrow I have an assessment interview at an IOP very close to my home (within walking distance).

If they accept me and I like what I see I would go from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm so I would be able to work half days in the morning.

My T asked me to check that the other patients are high-functioning. I was in either IOP or PH (it was a long time ago, I don't remember which it was) and they did music therapy and art therapy which wasn't my bag of tea. However at that time I was stuck at home in bed all day so just getting out every day for group therapy was helpful (I still have the collage I made in art therapy).

I'll have to stop seeing my T while I am in the program (insurance won't pay for both) and I assume same with my pdoc but I will have to check that.

I am still really struggling every day and I ran out of all hope but I am trying really trying. I've also been going around to as many local support groups as I can find. Was too tired to drive to one tonight but hope to get to my old "regular" one tomorrow.
