What a wonderful picture! Thank you. I'm sure you have angels looking after you. Don't worry. Even if me and you don't believe it, someone out there knows we can make it. We just have to find the belief as well.

I hate myself so much, and sometimes, as much as I hate them, all I really want is a heartfelt hug. Will I ever make it through this thing called life? Or will I drown in the darkest depths of the ocean? Only time can tell. As for now, I just hide and I fear. This is, and will always be my life.

speaking to someone who is objective and trained to help you should never make you feel terrible. look at them as a guide for the twisted depression maze. medication does help. I have a sister with bipolar disorder and another who battled depression... then myself of course. medication numbs you so that you can have the ability to set aside the negative and focus on getting back to a daily routine . you should try it, you can always stop or taper off

Thank you for your advice. With all the great people on here telling me the same thing, I will certainly think about it. No guarantee, but I will still think about it.
