I'm so sorry you're feeling poorly. Not isolating yourself is a great thing to do, keep it up. I know you can get through this.

Thanks, everyone. I'm using everything I know to fight this funk. Thank goodness for reading about how the mind works - and getting encouraging feedback from others - it definitely helps.

If this kind of information works for you (I find it does for me) the partial hospital program I am in is based on DBT and I've already found some of the tools helpful. In fact this weekend my plan is to review my notebook from the past two weeks and pick out some additional skills that I might find helpful to practice. A lot of it is based on mindfullness and acknowledgement of feelings and I find that has gotten me through some of the immediate crisis points over the past week... Looking at things that might help keep me more stable overall this weekend.
Have you ever done any CBT or DBT therapy?
