Well this week I got therapists to spill their secrets how to overcome depression. This should be good!

Okay well I just read this article, but I like it. Should be good
Therapists Spill: 14 Ways to Get Through Tough Times | Psych Central

So appreciate you attending the Depression Support Chat on Thursday at 9PM EDT. Hope to see you there.

I am personally having a very difficult time with number 3. One component of that is my depression making me feel hopeless, but unlike my other symptoms, I have a long personal history of rational experience to back up my lack of hope.

I think they are only secrets to the extent that people do not practice them. These articles are available to anyone.

A summary of best practices might be a better way to express it.
