Today I was in a relatively good mood. For the whole day. I woke up annoyed because waking up sucks, then made some stressful phone calls and felt fine, then went to the gym (!!!!!!!!!) Then ate food and felt fine, then hung out with my man and didn't have an emotional crisis. Is this what it feels like to be normal? Is this what it feels like to find meds that work???

Ellie, I'm so glad you had a good day.
May you have many more of them.

May the experience of this day give you hope if you have a more "challenging" day.
You can get better.
