Don't have the will to off myself but I'd love to be knocked tf out.

Anyone relate or can tell me how they got over this?

I feel stuck in limbo right now, it's complicated.

This is exactly how I felt before I took a bunch of sleep meds and got shipped off to the hospital. I just didn't want to feel anything or think anything or deal with anything. I just wanted to sleep through it all. Looking back I think some of my meds made me foggy so I had less energy to do anything. I would recommend seeing someone ASAP (er if you need to) to get yourself through this. Getting the right meds and enough sleep helped me a lot. Also take time off if you can to find something enjoyable that you can look forward to. Idk if this helps at all but I can at least say I relate. Feel better!
Thanks for this!

I feel numb most of the time too, so I understand your frustration. My favorite activity is going to bed at night, where I can temporarily escape this madness. I'm not giving up yet though - I have an appt w new pdoc tomorrow in hopes of finding a better med. Maybe you just haven't found the right med? Wishing you a brighter future!

I had a period when every night i wished not to wake up next morning. It was a deep desire and I could just fall asleep by concentrating on the idea that I was not going to be alive next morning. Then I received psychiatric treatment ( therapy plus medication) and I improved
