Sure does for me! I avoid doing most everything. Don't even floss my teeth anymore - just too much effort.

Yes, at my lowest point, and that can last months

Yes it does. But I'm trying to fight the urge to procrastinate now. I have too much work piling up. I try to keep myself busy with work.

Procrastination? Yes. Life? Yeah, I'll get around to it eventually, when I have the energy and I'm in the mood. Maybe tomorrow.

I feel like it works both ways. Depression causes me to procrastinate and when I procrastinate too much, it can pull me back in deeper depression. Not seeing progress because of procrastination can make things seem a bit hopeless.

Definitely. There are some days where it takes all of my energy to get out of bed by 5 pm... needless to say those usually aren't my most productive days and things inevitably get put off until the next day and it becomes a cycle after that.

In some ways it cause me to procrastinate. At times it's hard to tell the difference between my procrastination and my laziness though. All I can tell you for sure is, yes, it does play some sort of affect.

I struggle thinking whether I'm lazy or depressed too. I ask myself if I used to perform the task prior to depression? If yes, then it's the depression that's making me procrastinate...
