I am finding less and less to hold on to. I have been thinking more and more about harming myself. Only a small part of my life seems to be going okay. Hate going to sleep and hate waking up. And don't like much of anything in between.

Please don't harm yourself! Can you tell us more about what's going on?

Questions for You:
1) Do you talk to a therapist?
2) Do you have any friends that you trust? If so, spend time with them.
3) Does your family care about you? If so, visit them, or call them, right now.
4) Do you cut yourself? If so, think about why you do, and concentrate on the pain it causes you. You don't deserve to put yourself in any more pain than what you're already suffering.
5) Is there anything that you like doing? If so, spend some time doing it. If not, try new things.

Things to Try
6) Take a quiet walk outside
7) Go to the mall and give people compliments
8) Take photos of beautiful things, and hang them in your room
9) Gather some wild flowers for yourself
10) Write thank-you letters

I'm sorry if this irrelevant or doesn't help

I just started seeing a therapist. I have a couple friends I think I can talk to about how I feel. My wife is supportive thank God. My dad will tell me to just get over it. He means well. Saw him this afternoon. I don't cut myself. Been so into hockey but I have a hard time with it right now. Been watching some train video. Facebook takes my mind off things but I think I am on to much. Walked with my wife today in 40degree weather and windy. Are you spiritual in any way. I am mad at God.

I'm not spiritual anymore. I've been thru too much s***. If God exists, and he lets all this crazy *hit happen, then I don't care to know him. Wish it were different, but that's how I feel.
