"Where are my feelings. I no longer feel things, I know I should. I'm paralyzed. Where is the real me? I'm lost and it kills me, inside. I'm paralyzed." -NF, Paralyzed.

I've never found a song that adequately describes how I feel, right now. I'm cold, I'm ashamed. I'm not the person I was.
Who the hell am I? Why am I here?

I'm not the person I thought I was. What the hell happened?

How long have you felt this way? Was there a specific trigger? Try to consider evidence hings will change.
