to adapt to great pain...
we must adapt our bodies... to lose certain human qualities... that most take for granted... to feel the continuous burning of cold steel... against the inside of what once was human...         takes true strength to be a survivor.. edit: just wanted to add why i put this - its easy not to feel human sometimes
