Because of various medical issues, "self care" is beyond complicated and unrewarding..

All the usual advice, bubble baths, pretty much anything... Doesn't work for me..

I'm allergic to almost everything, pets,....

I naively thought I might "grow out" of these very severe allergies.

But now they are much much worse than ever..

Any "solution" the doctor prescribes causes scary "other" medical stuff,

I guess I'm just "whining" as there really doesn't seem to be a solution to this..

My absolute horror of hospitals, makes any "treatment" impossible... Unless.. Horror.. I was forced to go to hospital for some reason.

Plan B is looking more and more attractive... I've been trapped in this hell for nearly 4 years.. False hope after false hope that there could be some mad I'm not allergic to..

I read Dante years ago, where am I

When will this end

Hi Fuzzy: Well... the Skeezyks isn't allergic to most med's. Although I did get taken off of Lexapro. And I got the Lamictal rash. (So I've concluded I can't take any med that starts with the letter "L"!) I am definitely allergic to "mad" however. So from that perspective, your typo was on target for me... Anyway... I'm sorry you continue to have such a difficult time. Many warm hugs to you...

Hi Fuzzy

You have every right to "whine" considering what you're going through!!!
It has to be so frustration and disheartening in the least!!!

But if the "usual" routes don't work maybe there could still be some others??
For example: no personal experience here at all sorry, but some people have claimed that reiki has helped with the symptoms of allergies...........or maybe some forms of holistic treatments...........
And self care..........maybe even some quiet "you time" listening to music???
Just some thoughts............

But I am sorry you're having such a hard time Fuzzy, and sending you hugs:
