I am just going through a lot lately which has kicked my depression and anxiety into overdrive during the past few weeks. Basically I am waiting to be interviewed and get a partner visa approved. I am almost finished with my MA, yet I can't look for work until the visa is approved which is very frustrating for me. Also my partner is more than likely transgender and going through the process to begin transitioning. I fully support them doing this, but it is a lot to take in. Anyways hugs and affirmation would be appreciated. It is nice to know I'm not alone with these feelings.

You are certainly not alone. Sounds like you are going through a lot right now that may be contributing to your depression. In the mean time take care of yourself. Keep a regular schedule in your eating and sleeping. You are in my thoughts.

i was going through a lot of things like doctors tests in the last 2 months and i have to have a sleep apnea test redone because the machine that was used showed no REM sleep which is what happened the last time years ago too. i feel my age creeping up on me too. arthritis, epilepsy, other things too. i feel awful for having to come here even though everyone is so kind, i just need to vent. i sure hope all is well with everyone else and you are all in my prayers.

That's a lot kitten. Many people wouldn't know how to handle this . . . at all. Kudos to you. Wishing you a quick recovery, happier days.

In the meantime, eat ice cream! Or whatever makes your tummy smile!
