I just wanted to lend some positivity for a change...

I think a big part of my having a good summer season is that I planned it out. Instead of waiting for something positive to befall me I set out at the beginning of the season to be active. I made an effort to fill my calendar with various activities both big and small. The act of doing so has given me something to happily look forward to. It thus far has worked out successfuly - a far cry from being hospitalized with the Depression I experience each summer. In addition, family members have really stepped up to the plate when I expressed to them my need to keep busy.

well I knew it couldn't last, that some disaster would befall me before this holiday. I am trying trying trying to not let it get me down, pushing it aside until my return. Jolly thoughts, jolly thoughts, jolly thoughts.
