I saw my psychiatrist today and wants me to go to a psych hospital. I explained that I can't because I'm taking care of my newly ex boyfriend. I love that little pug, she makes me happy. Ex boyfriend texted after being silent work a week, wants to talk later. I'm anxious to find out what he wants, assuming my cell phone and 4wk old diamond ring. And discuss when he will get his stuff and pup. This is painful

I'm sorry you're going through this. Break-ups are so painful.
Hang in there.
