I went to my therapist apt today and he wanted me to ask you all if you have ever felt you were not depressed enough(by loved ones). That someone is too invested in your recovery(depression). They say they are helping you by telling you your faults but I say I feel good, he says I'm in denial(since I'm not smiling, dancing, talkative, just outright jumping for joy). I never really smile but does not mean I'm sad. He should know this after our 2.5yrs dating!!??

Hi, Deeplyhurt77. Someone wanted to sort of keep me depressed, I think. Any way to keep me dependent on her, anyway. Running down my ability to do things, etc.
