This is one of my diagnosis. Would this be an appropriate forum to post in for it?

Hello leomania: Well... the Skeezyks is not in any position to offer any kind of official ruling here.

Ok, so here's something: I feel happy tonight. I'm so unused to this feeling that I don't trust it. I have reasons for feeling happy. Do you ever doubt your feelings of joy? Back in 2005 or 2006 I was dx with dysthymia and then this year with a mood disorder NOS. I'm so used to feeling anxious and depressed that I don't trust my own feelings of joy. I'm very sensitive.
