Seeing my parents and sister triggers me so bad. I get so angry and irritable. I just want to scream. I don't know what to do. I want my kids to know their grandparents and aunt but I can't be around them.

So sorry, is it possible for the kids to go to grandparents overnight? This would allow then to spend time with them without you having to suffer
