Life is really hard right now. I'm seeing a new therapist. She is nice, but I miss my old one who I loved. I don't know what to do. I'm lonely. I have no friends right now. This is the hardest thing I've ever been through.

Maybe there is some reason that you can't find your old therapist? Finding a new therapist is somehow not easy but you nail it. I think you're brave. I do suffer depression and think my life sucks now... Let's work together to work things out.

Thank you KarkiOxygen. I hope you feel better too. I was not sure what you meant when you said this: "Maybe there is some reason that you can't find your old therapist?" But I am figuring it out. I might go back to my old therapist. Maybe that is what you meant. Too much change is making me crazy. I've lost my best friend as well, and it's all just too much. I am wanting to volunteer, but things keep falling through with the places I apply to. I will volunteer eventually. I found this in a google search: The Stress-Depression Connection | Can Stress Cause Depression? It was helpful.
