I have depression and anxiety issues. I was wondering since i have COMPLETELY isolated my self for years i havent anyone close to me to reach out to. What should be the next step i takeand who should i reach out to? I have trust issues and i am not easily able to talk to just anyone.

I recommend shopping for a therapist. Sometimes you have to find the right match. Remember this is your life and the decision is up to you.

I have no support either. Even my T didn't support me....

There is no one that can be trusted on this earth. Sorry, I'm telling it like it is.
Thanks for this!

Dear Lonewolfff11,
I concur with Deeplyhurt77's suggestion. I also find that posting and reading here things on this forum has helped me understand my condition better. It also helps me feel less isolated.
Many of us have anxiety and depression issues here. I hope you continue to post here. I hope you find ways to make it better. We understand how debilitating it can be.
Sincerely, Myst
Thanks for this!

Try to think how good it will be for you to start getting out into the world. I believe that being inactive will cause doubt and fear, but taking action will bring you confidence and courage.

If you want to conquer your fears, don't not sit home and think about it, go out and see what you're missing.

stay strong. it will be ok
Thanks for this!
