I just got out of the hospital. And already im dealing with these crazy thoughts to cause harm to myself by pushing off myself off the bunk bed back wards or other harmful ways i ront know how id do it or planned anything its just very frustrating to have these thoughts. I don't want to keep going back to the hospital cause they do nothing for me there people keep telling me to go to the 24 hour crisis center but im reluctant cause last time it was unclear of what they considered a crisis. I don't know what to doAt a lost

My experience has been that those first days / weeks after getting out of the hospital can be tough. The first time around I got into a partial hospital program after being at home mostly alone for a few days. Having somewhere to go & something to do, with people who had similar concerns, helped.

As Skeezyks said, the first bit of time out of a hospital is tough. I couldn't go back to work or school for a couple weeks because it was like I was having to readjust back into the world. It takes some time and if you need help, you gotta go for it. This process is difficult. Hang in there.

I got kicked out of the partial program near my home cause of my conversion disorder the only thing left is nami or respite and nami is kind of far from here and late at night my parents are not willing to take me I'm speaking to someone tomorrow about programs for young adult so hopefully they can help me there to
