I really have a feeling that I'm going completely crazy. My anxiety is really bad I am haunted by horrible dreams and everything is going wrong. I honestly don't know how to deal with it anymore.

I can't think straight, I can't focus and struggle with sleep. Too top it off I never ever get the girl 😢

Crazy- 1. mentally deranged, especially as manifested in a wild or aggressive way.
2. extremely enthusiastic.

Anxiety does this little tweek to your brain, it convinces you that you're "crazy", dying or in mortal danger. By definition, you're not crazy; though you may feel this way. Trust me, you're not. I will say that you're definitely in distress and my hope is that you have access to a mental health professional. Without sleep for a series of days, it is possible to begin hallucinating, so that should be first priority, as lack of sleep also generally increases anxiety.
I'm sorry that you weren't able to 'get the girl'. A better one will come along that notices and cherishes you without question. Patience is key in that realm of life.

How are you trying to get more sleep? Do you stay away from the computer screen hours before bedtime, turn down the lights, keep a night time routine? I find sleep is the first thing to cause problems when I'm getting sick.
Thanks for this!

It's not necessarily about sleep I just can't relax enough too sleep I'm on edge. I struggle to concentrate on Reading or Colouring which genuinely relaxes me so I must play computer games and watch movies
