Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone here also deals with hypoglycemia and depression? I find it to be one of the hardest things... When I'm depressed, I lose my appetite, and I have to force feed myself so I don't start getting nauseous or pass out or all together stop functioning. It's painful for me, and I would rather make myself eat than feel all of that.

How do you deal with it?

I have hypoglycemia too.
But I have bipolar depression. So when I'm hypo manic I won't eat for days.
I get dizzy spells.
When I'm depressed I can eat small regular meals.

I'm afraid (and grateful) that I don't have hypoglycaemia.

Just sending hugs to someone who has to manage more than one health issue.

I have never been diagnosed with hypoglycemia, but there are times when I feel that I may have it. Or, at least, a minor case of it. I usually feel very depressed when I get up in the morning before breakfast. After eating, then I would feel better.
