I didn't want to post to a particular persons thread as this could possibly be seen as minimizing the troubles of this person....

When I was younger, it was something of a yearly thing for my mom to buy narcissus bulbs that had been forced (you can do it yourself, but it's late now and not really worth it imho)....so you rest the bulbs on some gravel in water and every day you see some growth...

It's honestly a lovely thing to watch come to life. Especially in the winter.

It's just a little bit of a lift for the spirits....

Just a thought for all of you struggling with the blues and not at all meant to "fix" anything....
