I've been noticing lately that after coming out of a period of time where I'm depressed I tend to get really emotional.I'll find myself crying a lot over Little Things.I wonder if this could be some sort of emocional release as when I'm depressed I usually feel very suicidal or numb. What do you think?

Yup. My emotions and self-preservation instincts ramped up after my most recent severe depressive episode. Like my mind was making up for losing them for a while.

I get the same way sometimes it seems to come in waves long periods of numbness then something sets off a crying/emotional period.
