Kathy... my dear friend and fellow mother... I so feel for you, reading your words.
You need some time for only YOU! I don't know how you can get that, but you so need it. I know how it is when you try to carry your entire family. After a while you walk on your knees yourself.
If I could- I would help you out... the only thing I can do is to let you know I'm here if you feel like talking.

You've been going through a stressful time lately and it seems you try to be the strong one in the family.

Take some quiet time for yourself if you can.

Thinking of you.
