Circumstantial evidence definitely lead to this, but my depression is creeping back in. Since starting my new meds I've been doing great. Thoughts of suicide or wanting to die have left me completely.. until now.
sometimes I hear voices, but it's been a month or two since the last episode. I'm too afraid to talk to my pdoc about these symptoms, what should I do? How can I be more comfortable expressing it? I won't be able to see him for another month. |

I see both a counselor (CLSW) and a odor.

Brentus I think you should see your doc sooner and not wait a month. If your symptoms are starting up again and you're hearing voices it's time to have a frank discussion with your doctor about what's going on. I know it isn't easy to talk about some of these things. One thing I've done is write up a list of symptoms (at least the ones that bother me the most) and hand my doc the list and say this is what's going on with me. We need to discuss what to do about it. Having him read the list was easier than actually having to talk about all the symptoms out loud.
Hope this works for you. And please don't wait a month to see your doc. You sound pretty anxious and sad right now |
