Hard day for me. Sundays often are. I have a sudden onset of sadness, loneliness and feeling hopeless. I wish ot would go away, that I could distract myself. I'm sick of myself and my life, it feels suffocating. Can I have some advice on what to do to distract myself please?

there is a Spirituality Support Chat that is hosted on Sundays, i suspect it's very late in your timezone, and lately it's been intermittant because the host has her plate full. still i hope to see you there, it's for personal growth, not religion~
