Hi guys.

I feel like I should tell someone about this, and I am going to. I've already decided who and when, but I'm not sure how to put it into words. The things I want to cover in the conversation are I am depressed, suicidal, and I've started to cut myself recently. I'm just not sure how to say it and put it into words. Any ideas?

Love you guys!

Hello SunlightBurns It's good to hear that you're going to reach out for help. I guess for me the way I worded things depended on who I was confiding in. For example I would use different words if I was speaking to my GP in comparison to a friend. Are you comfortable sharing the nature of your relationship to the person you wish to tell?

I would use different words talking to a GP... to a friend it might be a little easier
