So many innocent people die each day... people who want to live. I'm depressed as **** and want to die. Doesn't make sense...

Thank you. Depression is a crazy cycle. I have to wait until march to chat with my psychiatrist about med change. Such a long wait

Yeah it's a 3 month wait... at least I have had some EAP .... not much mental health support. It's no wonder so many commit suicide... sad
