I looked up one private therapist the other day... I suppose I could look up more.. she didn't mention CPTSD, I doubt if many if any do...

I didn't phone her, how could I construct a "good enough" internal mother, after all this time. All this hurt

A therapist... How to find the right one for you? Not just anyone will do.

yeah .. this one mentioned CBT which I doubt would help much and humanistic therapy.. I'll have to look up some more

Good plan. I know CBT has helped many people, but it's not for everyone.

If your set of challenges were like a carrot, having one main taproot, it might be easier to uproot. That's not you. You are dealing with a tree anchored by a deep, complicated fibrous root system.
