I have found one thing that helps this severe depression episode. I rest in my recliner, no sounds, eyes closed and try clearing my head of all thoughts. The only thing is it takes at least an hour before I calm down and I don't know how long it will last when I get up and do stuff. I don't know what 'flavor' of depression this is but I have never in the last 20 years or so felt so bad. It is like being in hell. Has anyone else ever felt this way.

Everyday, Ken. I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. I'm glad you have found something to alleviate the pain for a while. I find it helpful to do the same.

Honestly, I've felt depression in different ways. This one has me....distant. I'm sorry you're in so much pain, Ken.
