I wake up around 6am, but I don't find the strenght to stand up until 9am...

...

Yeah, I am depressed. I take Concerta for fatigue... I take it at 6am, I have it next to bed, but still I can't stand up before 9am...

any idea of what could I do to stand up? I was thinking on having a cup of coffe just next to me.

It takes an hour or two for me to get out of bed too. I stretch in my bed, that seems to help...

I went to bed at 3 yesterday afternoon and woke up at 7am this morning. It really sucks. I still want to sleep but it's not good to sleep this much.

I agree with eeeor....try going to bed a little earlier...I get 9 to 10 hours of sleep in the winter time.....you might also try stretching...and sitting upright on the side of the bed, for as long as it takes to take that first step down....I know it helps with meds that make you dizzy....standing up too fast can put you down....once up...fresh air...exercise....can really help out too..best of luck...Artie

Ever had your cortisol or adrenal function tested? Cortisol should spike to maximum level first thing in AM, helps get you moving.

I'd also look at sleep environment. Should be pitch black, and all devices should be kept far away, cell phone in airplane mode or off, Wifi turned off, even beside clocks and lamps are trouble. If you're getting hit with EMFs from electronics or being exposed to light all night, can completely crush your sleep.

Also, artificial light after sunset, especially that from screens, is a total health disaster and will ruin sleep.

I'd also wonder if all the meds are breaking down health.
