Because I'm so overburdened, and exercising adds more burden because it focuses on muscle gain.
I've been feeling tired from exercising lately, and when I feel tired I become depressed. What do I do? Is reducing exercising from 4 times a week and focus on weight gain, to 3 times a week and balanced between weight gain and aerobatics a good thing to do? Anything else? |

Well, I started a more cardio-focused plan recently.
It feels more laid back, which is good. Also, the cardio makes me feel really good. I'll see what happens afterwards. |
