Because I'm so overburdened, and exercising adds more burden because it focuses on muscle gain.
I've been feeling tired from exercising lately, and when I feel tired I become depressed.
What do I do?
Is reducing exercising from 4 times a week and focus on weight gain, to 3 times a week and balanced between weight gain and aerobatics a good thing to do?
Anything else?

Hello Obsidian: I don't know anything about this myself. I'm a little old man & about the only exercise I get is walking. But there is a YouTube channel that might be of interest to you. The channel name is "Bignoknow". Noah, whose channel this is, has struggled with low testosterone, depression & anxiety & he's a weight lifter. (Also his father is a physician.) On his YouTube channel, Noah talks frankly about his mental health struggles as well as about physical fitness. He's been on YouTube for some time now & has a lot of videos. You might find his channel to be of interest:

May it be of benefit...

I believe that the answer is implicit in your question, do not focus on muscle gain but on 'fun gain' (and possibly 'health gain' ).

Well, I started a more cardio-focused plan recently.
It feels more laid back, which is good. Also, the cardio makes me feel really good.
I'll see what happens afterwards.
