no KFC for me

feeling a little frustrated/ annoyed/ angry.

friend of mine has been promising me for 2 weeks now she's going to get me a KFC (i've not had a KFC in ages, well, obviously I can't get out) so she said she'd bring 1 to me.

now I find it hard to look forward to things for obvious reasons (nothing ever goes right), but I was looking forward to this.

yesterday she calls me and says no.. I can't get you a KFC

yesterday was the day she was meant too, and it really sucked.

I ended up eating turkey dinosaurs and chips, and crying in to my DR pepper.

I was hoping that i'd get my KFC so badly

Did she explain why?or give you another day she could.i feel im missing something

I hate it when someone makes a promise to do something nice for me and then they don't come through. I don't know why people are like that. Especially when there's no explanation. I don't want to sound too self-righteous about myself, but I would never do that to anyone. If I couldn't come through, for some reason, then I would call and reschedule.

Unfortunately this happens a lot for me. I guess it's just that people these days don't have considerations for others like they used to. A sign of the times, I guess!

You're not missing much if you can't get KFC. The last time I went there, it was very expensive and the food was not good. Very greasy and it made me feel sick. Plus the place is dirty. I have not been there in years and I have no intention of going there anytime soon. It used to be so good. Not anymore.

I've definitely had times where I've been in a bad mood, expected fast food, and didn't get it. I've cried as well. It's definitely a comfort food and I can understand why you're upset. But it is only a temporary comfort. As for your friend I'm sorry they backed out on their promise. Sending good vibes. Best of luck to you.
