Hello RedStorms: Well... I don't know about finding the energy. But there is a member, here on PC, whose user name is Vital. Some time ago he posted a Thread with regard to a concept he had developed that he called: "Snap Club". It is intended for people who struggle with depression. Here's a link to Vital's Thread regarding Snap Club:

May it be of benefit.
Thanks for this!

Hello Redstorms,

I have this problem a lot as well. There are times when it just feels like I can't do anything at all, but when I get that way, it helps to prioritize various tasks. I don't know what your schedule is, if you are in grade school this might not work. However, if you take online courses my strategy might work for you. What I do is I set aside ample time to get an amount of work done. I start the week by making a list of what assignments need to be done, and how many need to be done each day. From there I split the day into blocks of time and assign each task to a block. I take ample breaks and it's always good to have an "overflow day" or a day that can be used for completing tasks that you don't get done earlier, that way you always have a backup plan in case you can't finish what you set out to do during that day. Hope this helps.
