My senior/junior years of high school I motivated myself to get better bc of graduation. Now all the hopes I had past that fell through. I'm doing nothing with my life. Everything is toppling down. I feel worse than I have in a few years. I don't know how to stop or slow it down. I'm going to therapy tomorrow but I'm nervous because I'll have to admit to my faults and worries.

And listen for my scream,
If I'm afraid at all
It's only in my dreams.

I've got a magic charm
That I keep up my sleeve
I can walk the ocean floor
And never have to breathe.

Life doesn't frighten me at all
Not at all
Not at all.

Life doesn't frighten me at all.

Good luck with your therapy! Hope it will be helpful, even though your fear is understandable, you have to share your worries, only that way your situation will improve. Hugs
