My T mentioned this today. I read a bit about it online. Has anyone tried it?

I have and I love it! In addition to my happy light I take a high dosage of Vitamin D and try to exercise. All of these things together make a difference.

Thanks a lot for the endorsement. I live in a sunny climate so probably don't need the light. I do take Vitamin D.
I'm glad you love it. My T says there are seminars for it.
