Racing thoughts...combined with an overwhelming tiredness...
I want to come off meds but know I can't, at least not yet...
Exhaustion vs anxiety, dont know which will win...
There are only 2 ways out of this:
I have a total breakdown and others are forced to step in and take over or I take myself out of the equation completely, but I can't do that yet either...
A never-ending spiral of despair. I wish I didn't care so much. Then I could just...bring this misery to an end.

I'm sorry you are suffering so much. Hopefully things will get better and you won't have to resort to either of those options. Trapped...❤️

maybe there is a third way ... letting someone inside your circle ... for me it was inpatient and all day theraphy ... to get "restarted" ... there are always options ... choices ... not everything need be so black and white ... thats the depression talking ...

I do not know your situation but is there any "help" locally available to you ... do you have a pdoc or just your gp ... maybe a med change ... there are always different paths to try ... sometimes we just don't see them ... talking it out with others can open new ideas up ... lots of experience here ... lots of caring people ...

You care.. that's definitely a positive.. I agree that things aren't usually so black and white I don't have much to add here (meds (or most meds) for example aren't an option for me) - I wish you peace and healing
